Where this maths can go wrong
CPM, CTR and CVR are all guesses. In the first month, while you don't know your real numbers yet, don't make decisions with this tool. Instead, see which number flips the whole picture when you change it a little. Usually it's CVR.
A weak CVR is almost never the ad's fault. It's the page after the click. A slow page, no price shown, too many buttons, a hassle to send money, and silence after paying: these five are where most orders are lost.
What to do in the first month: don't put the whole budget on one creative. Split it across three angles: problem-led, result-led and offer-led. After 3 to 4 days, move the rest of the money to whichever one gets results cheapest.
In this maths CVR makes the biggest difference, and CVR is decided on the page after the click. We build the landing page, the bKash checkout and the thank-you page, and an order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
