Refunds and cancellations

1. See it before you pay

Every order starts with a free preview: the first pages, stickers or version, made from your photo. You pay nothing up front. If you do not like the preview, you owe nothing, and there is nothing to cancel.

2. If the finished work is not right

If what we deliver does not match what was described, or something in it is wrong, tell us. We will first try to put it right by redoing the part that is wrong. If we cannot, you get your money back.

You can also have a full refund:

• if you cancel before we start work on the rest of your order;
• if we do not deliver, or deliver very much later than the delivery time we promised.

Once the work has been delivered as described, a change of mind is not by itself a reason for a refund. This does not affect your legal rights (see below).

3. Your right to cancel in the EU and UK

If you live in the European Union or the UK, you normally have 14 days after paying to cancel an order for digital content. That right ends once the full files are delivered, but only because you asked for it: when you pay, a required box on the payment panel asks you to confirm that you want us to start straight away, and that you understand your 14-day right to cancel ends once the full files are delivered to you. We repeat that confirmation in the email we send when your payment is received.

Until the full files are delivered, you can cancel within those 14 days and get a full refund. Your legal rights if the files are faulty or not as described are not affected by any of this.

4. How to ask

Email learningbangladesh71@gmail.com with your request code (it looks like CM-XXXXXX) and a line about what went wrong. A person reads every one.

5. How refunds are paid

A refund goes back the way you paid. If you paid through bKash or SSLCommerz, it goes back through the same service, usually within 1 to 7 working days of our agreeing it. If you paid by an arrangement we made with you by message or email, we refund by the same arrangement, or another one we agree with you, and tell you when it has been sent.

Refunds are made in Bangladeshi taka (BDT), the currency you paid in. If your bank converted the payment, the amount you see may differ slightly because of exchange rates.
